33 e FOCUS [APP] Recommended solution on parking mode for a long time(More than 2 ~ 3 days).

[Recommended solution]

1. Use POWER cut-off func. on App.

   1) Min.: 11.8v

   2) Max:  12.5v

  This means e FOCUS will cut off their power themselves if your battery voltage is less then set voltage.

 

2. But the best one is to remove DC cable of eFOCUS.

32 e FOCUS [APP] VOD with exclamation mark.

[Check points]

1. It is when VOD size is lesst then 1M.

 

2.  When no time to save VOD, normally, VOD with exclamation mark is happened.

   1)  Mode change(NORMAL -> PARKING or EVENT -> NORMAL etc..)

 

31 e FOCUS [APP] VOD with no sound.

[Check points]

1. App. > Setting > SOUND Off.

 

2. Sound volume depends on main device location.

 

30 e FOCUS [APP] There is no rear camera VOD.

[Check points]

1. App. > Setting > PARKING MODE > Check Rear camera

 

 

29 e FOCUS [APP] No VOD on NORMAL or PARKING mode.

[Check points]

1. Check the CAM1 and 2 cables connection.

   1) Check Cables to CAM1 and 2

   2) Check Cables to the main device

 

2. Check no open fuse on the DC cable and your car.

 

3. Check the DC cable connection to your car.

   1) ACC / BAT / GND

 

[If it is not still work, your need repair service.]

1. Replace the DC cabke with a new one.

2. Replace the main deivce with a new one.

28 e FOCUS [APP] There happened different year and date of VOD.

[Check points]

1. Touch "Time sync setting" on setting of APP.

 

2. Check VOD on normal and event, parking of calendar.

 

3. Format the SD card.

 

27 e FOCUS [APP] There is no response from calendar of Videos in Black Box.

[Check points]

1. Check the distance to smart phone from maind device.

   1)  10M is the effective range.

2. Check the WI-Fi connection status.

3. Turn off the smart network switch punc. on yout smart phone.

 

26 e FOCUS [APP] Preview is green screen or noise.

[Check points]

1. Check the CAM1 and 2 cables connection.

   1) Chekc cables to CAM1 and 2.

   2) Chekc cables to the main device,

 

[If  it  is not still work, your need repair service.]

1. Replace CAM1 and 2 cables with a new one,

 

2. Replace CAM1 and 2 with a new one.

 

3. Replace the main device with a new one. 

25 e FOCUS [APP] I do not finish eFOCUS App.

[Check points]

1. Touch On/Off button on the APP. main screen.

 

2. Turn off eFOCUS App.

 

24 e FOCUS [APP] Wi-Fi connection is not stable and preview is bad.

[Check points]

1. App. On/Off button and LED.

   1) NA: No connection

   1) RED: Bed

   2) Orange: Unstable

   3) Green: Good


 

2. Turn off the smart network switch punc. on yout smart phone.

 

3. Turn off the bluethooth func.

 

[If  it  is not atill work, your need repair service.]

1. Change the WI-Fi dongle.

 

2. Change the main device.
